I CAN BE THE LIGHT
BOOK LAUNCH EVENT
ABOUT BE THE LIGHT.
I Can Be The Light reads as a poem inspired by the scriptures Matthew 5:14-16 in the Bible. Jesus calls His children to be the light in a world where there is darkness. We should shine so that others may see the glory of God and His goodness that sustains us every day of our lives.
Because Jesus died on the cross for our sins, we have a story of redemption available to us that allows us to be cleansed from our wrongdoings. We can be the light in our home, church, community, and even our friendships.
We can be the light when we accept Jesus into our hearts to save us and live by the Word of God daily.
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12
